We offer two levels of service for your house units, depending on how often they have been carried out. We recommend a major service is carried out at least once a year for normal use, half-yearly for heavy usage.

As you will see from the lists below, we carry out a full and comprehensive service to ensure all aspects of your unit is checked and working efficiently, clean and safe.

Standard Home Maintenance Checklist; Minor (home)

1. Check refrigerant levels.
2. Check and clean all drains and pumps
3. Clean internal and external filters
4. Clean evaporator and condenser coils
5. Check heating and cooling operations
6. Check general wear and report
7. Antibacterial Treatment

Standard Home Maintenance Checklist; Major (home)

1. Check suction and discharge pressure and head pressure control unit
2. Check refrigerant levels
3. Check refigerant for contamination
4. Check and clean all drains
5. Check and clean pumps (if fitted)
6. Clean internal and external filters
7. Check and Clean evaporator and condenser coils
8. Check all interconnecting wiring connections
9. Check operations of condenser and evaporator fans
10. Check air temperature evaporator unit
11. Check running temperature
12. Check heating and cooling operations
13. Check condition of insulation
14. Check evaporator and condenser fan bearings
15. Check evaporator and condenser fins for damage
16. Check non condensable gas in system
17. Check compressor contactor
18. Check running amps
19. Check voltage
20. Anti bacterial treatment
21. Check general wear and report

Leak detection,repairs, top up of system and full re-gas available on request depending on system

Car air conditioning should be also be serviced at least once a year to ensure gas levels are correct ready for when you really need it, there is nothing worse than being caught out on a hot sunny day and the blowers are only sending you more warm air. Having regular services will ensure you are always cool when you need it most.
Below is a list of what our engineers will check on the system and the best news is that it will be done for you at home or workplace, whichever is more convenient for you.

Standard Car Maintenance Checklist

1. Check pressures and vent temperatures prior to servicing
3. Check all controls including air distribution
4. Analyse gas, check for contamination and non condensable gas in system
5. Enviromental friendly recovery of existing gas
6. Evacuate system to a deep vacuum (min 20 mins)
7. Add correct type and amount of oil
8. Re-charge system with correct amount of gas
9. Check of condenser (clean with compressed air)
10. Check of all hosing (routing and condition)
11.Check of compressor and mount brackets for security of fitting
12. Check of compressor drive belt tension/condition
13. Check vent temperature and pressures after servicing
14. Check condenser fan operation
15. Check drain tube
16. Complete report
(Anti bacterial odour treatment available if needed)
