If either your home or car system is not working or cooling as efficiently as it should be, then give us a call. We can arrange to have one of our expert engineers with you, normally within 24 hours, to identify and repair the fault. Our highly qualified engineers are experienced in fault diagnosis and the repair of all major brands of air conditioning equipment. We can carry out this work for you even if we did not originally install the system or it is not the subject of one of our aircon maintenance plans. A report will be provided to you of the faults found and repairs carried out.

We also offer a Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme for your air conditioning installation. Regular maintenance is vital if you wish to prolong the working life of your air conditioning system and to keep your system performing at A1 efficiency. We would be happy to arrange for a quote over the phone, by email or, if necessary, for an engineer to call on you.

At JCG, we also offer a top up or full regas service for both your home and vehicle, prices are listed in our menu.
Although we are happy to provide these services, we do recommend that this be carried out as part of a full service on the house units or vehicle at the same time, to ensure all systems are running correctly and efficiently too.
